What I wore: from Casual Street Style to Edgy Chic with one faux Leather Jacket!

Don’t get me wrong, I like real leather boots and shoes,  and jackets as much as the next person.

But when I came across James&Co who specialise in “ethical fashion” and “vegan leather” fashion and accessories, I was really impressed with their range. The cut and quality of the jackets are impeccable.

About James&Co

James&Co is an online boutique selling designer faux leather jackets and accessories. James&Co was established in 2012 as a pure online retail business selling products that are sustainable, animal-free, manufactured to a very high quality standard.

James&Co’s 2015 product line emphasizes on the SAFE principles of the company as it continues to provide Stylish, Affordable, Functional and Ethical products. The jackets in this line provide a variety of looks adding in new materials and textures.

I chose the Nancy Hoodie* and I am so happy I did!

It looks expensive. It feels soft and buttery and gorgeous. The lining, the stitching, and finish are definitely top notch. It even arrives in its own protective dust bag.

Everyone should own a leather look jacket, and it is more versatile than you think! I wanted to show you how you can take an amazing jacket from “Biker Casual” to “Edgy Chic” in  2 different outfits.

It was a beautiful day and my bestie (who happens to be an ACE photographer) and I, headed to The Grounds in Alexandria, Sydney.  I will write a post about the Grounds another time. Today it is all about the jacket and the Grounds provided a fab background (and a great lunch and doughnuts!)

I chose a size LARGE (even though I am a size 12), to be able to wear a jumper underneath. The jacket is so warm though, it doesn’t need a jumper!

PS. Soccermums!!

You need this jacket!! It is lined with the softest of fabrics that keeps you super warm on the sidelines at the game! This is fast becoming my favourite Winter Weekend jacket.

*Please note, this awesome jacket was generously gifted to me by James&Co for reviewing purposes. All opinions are my own, and 100% honest. I will not review products that I don’t like, or approve of.

Do you own a (faux) leather jacket?

  1. You look wonderful! I love the way you styled your James&Co. Jacket! Great idea adding the faux fur over top as well. I love James&Co. They have such lovely fashions and of course as you know cruelty free! What a wonderful company to work with too!
