Rose Gold.
How big is this trend? Not only in fashion and beauty, but furniture and accessories too.
Real Rose gold is a mixture between of usually 75% gold and 25% copper, for lighter versions, silver is added.
The colour is immensely flattering for all complexions and it looks super good against the khaki clothes that are so on trend this Autumn/Winter.
I was gifted a Redken Color Rebel Temporary hair colour in Rose Revolution last weekend. It is a fun, sponge tipped temporary colour that washes out in 2-4 washes depending on the condition of your hair.
The difference with the trend of pastel coloured hair and even the grey hair trend, and this one , is that this look is subtle, and very flattering.
I. Am. Obsessed.
I don’t care I am way too old for pastel hair. I don’t care that my daughter calls it Strawberry blond rather than Rose Gold. I love it. And the more I investigate and see all these gorgeous brunettes having the softest of rosy gold locks, the more I want it too. Permanently that is.
For now, I will make do with this temporary colour. What do you think?
Check out these beauties.
Do you love? Is this something you would try?
Til next time,
Damn! Love that colour!!! Might try that on myself considering it’s non-permanent.

So much Fun Norlin. There are some subtle colours and then there is brights as well. My mad friend had purple put in her hair and it looks amazing on her blond hair! I will stick to subtle for now x
I love the shades that tend more towards the pale pink than copper, I would definitely love to give that a go.

I think you are right. I like the colour when i first apply it but I LOVE it when it has faded a little through washing. x
